Welcome to ScheduleInterpreter® On the Spot!

On the Spot has been created to support linguists in efficiently finding opportunities, promptly updating their status, and accepting assignments. It facilitates locating the quickest route to the destination, fulfilling tasks, and submitting all essential information, including electronic signatures, in a user-friendly manner.

Linguists can view service requests appearing on their calendar in real-time from the language service companies (LSC) they are associated with. They are able to review multiple schedules from various LSCs and monitor the status of their assignments. Additionally, they can opt to share their location to receive more service requests.

For language service companies, it provides the ability to customize workflows for all clients, aiding linguists in completing assignments efficiently while ensuring the gathering of all necessary client-specific information. Using the Account Center feature within the ScheduleInterpreter® platform, companies can swiftly select a set of features and options to meet clients' needs.

On the Spot is seamlessly integrated with ScheduleInterpreter® QA and financial modules, offering a valuable opportunity to leverage machine learning for automating billing and payroll processes.
